Autumn Awesome saw a change in the 'usual' THORL format which had been in place the previous years.
AFX Mega Gs were run, with closed wheel bodies.
First up was a practice session for all, ensuring cars for the morning session were in fine fettle.
3 Minute heats were up next, with the best scores qualifying drivers for the finals.
Finals were the typical 3 minute, with the winner stepping up into the next final.

The Winner of Autumn Awesome was Marc Townsend
2nd Was Andy W, 3rd was Clive Harland.

'Afternoon' running saw Handout JAG Augorans being run.
These cars are closer to the 'true' 1/64 scale, but based on a inline motor configuration.
The Afternoon handout classes are run as segmented race format (all 4 lanes count).

The Winner of the JAG class was Andy W.
2nd was Marc T, 3rd was Al Wood.

Top Junior for the day was Louis.

A great day of racing, we will be back in the New Year.
Many thanks to those who assisted in track setup, and to Pinewood Raceway for the use of their venue.
